1. Buyer Consultation & Sales
We work closely with qualified US and UAE buyers to understand their specific requirements for quantity, purity, delivery timelines, and preferred logistics arrangements. Our consultation process ensures we source the exact gold products that meet buyer specifications while providing transparent pricing and flexible delivery options.
2. Import & Logistics Management
Based on buyer requirements, GBF Services LLC coordinates with our network of trusted African suppliers to source and import the specified gold. We manage the entire logistics chain, including secure transport, international shipping, customs clearance, and all regulatory documentation to ensure full compliance with US and UAE import regulations.
3. Quality Verification & Inventory
Upon arrival, the gold undergoes independent quality verification and assaying to confirm purity and specifications. Depending on buyer preference, we either receive the gold at our secure facilities for storage and subsequent delivery, or coordinate direct delivery from the port of entry to the buyer for immediate testing and verification at their location.
4. Secure Delivery & Transaction Completion
The final delivery process varies based on the previous step. If we store the gold, we coordinate secure delivery using trusted logistics partners. If the buyer receives directly from port, we facilitate the handover and verification process. In both cases, we implement secure payment mechanisms and provide comprehensive documentation and post-delivery support.
